Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trampling (the "Site"), operated by [legal name], [address], [country] ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Adults only

The Site contains sexually explicit material intended for adults. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old and have reached the age of majority where you live, and only if viewing such material is legal where you are. You must not let any minor access the Site through your account or devices.

2. Your account

You must give accurate information and keep your password confidential. An account is for one person; sharing it is not allowed. You can watch on up to 2 screens at the same time. You are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at [support email] if you believe it has been used without your permission.

3. Purchases and billing

You can buy individual videos with one-time payments, at the prices shown before you pay. Videos marked free can be watched with a free account, without payment. There are no subscriptions. Purchased videos remain available in your account while it and the Site exist. Payments are processed by our payment processor, CCBill, which may appear on your statement as [billing descriptor]. Prices include any taxes the processor is required to collect unless stated otherwise. See Billing & Refunds for refunds and billing support.

4. What you may do with the content

For videos you have purchased, and for free videos, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to stream them for your own private, non-commercial viewing on the Site. Streaming is the only form of access unless a video's page says "Download included". For those videos you may also download the video and keep copies on your own devices, for your own private, non-commercial viewing only. Every download is recorded against your account. Free previews can be watched on the Site without buying, for your own viewing only, and the restrictions below apply to them too. All videos are protected by copyright and owned or licensed by [legal name].

You must not: download (other than through the Site's download button for videos that include one), record, capture, copy, share, upload or redistribute any content, including downloaded copies; remove or obscure watermarks; get around encryption, access controls or other technical protection measures; use bots, scrapers or download tools; share links or access with others; or use the content to train or create AI models. Every stream carries a watermark that identifies your account. We may suspend accounts and take legal action against anyone who copies or distributes our content.

5. The people in our videos

Every person shown in our videos was at least 18 years old at the time of production and consented to being filmed and to the distribution of the content. Records are kept as described in our 18 U.S.C. 2257 Statement. If you believe any content was published without consent or breaks the law, report it on our Report Content page.

6. Acceptable use

You must not use the Site for anything unlawful, try to access accounts or systems that aren't yours, interfere with the Site's operation, or harass our staff or performers.

7. Suspension and termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting [support email]. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these Terms, including sharing or copying content. If we close your account without cause we will refund the videos you bought in the 12 months before.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Site is provided "as is". We work to keep it available but do not promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded by law.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms. We will tell account holders about material changes by email or on the Site at least 14 days before they take effect. If you don't agree, you can close your account before then.

10. Law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of [governing law]. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
